FULL LIGHTING SERVICES
I have been in the entertainment lighting business for over 40 years. I am experienced in multiple areas of lighting including, first and foremost a Lighting Director/Designer. Also, I have worked as a Gaffer, Lighting board operator and of course an electrician for many years early in my career. These days, I often find myself working as a one man show, LD, Gaffer, Board op. However, I do have a great crew that works with me on bigger shows.
Television Shows
I have worked on a variety of television shows over the past 33 years. From single camera one hour episodic to 3 camera with a Jib shoots. Talk shows, Game shows, Music shows, Music videos, DIY and Cooking shows, Wraparounds, Reunions, Dramas, etc… This has given me years of priceless experience.

It’s a new world with many opportunities to get your visual creative projects out into the world.
In the past 10 years this has become an area that I am familiar with as a Lighting Director. With budgets across the spectrum, I will work with production in giving the best options for the highest quality shows.
Radio podcast

The Podcast industry is booming and there is a demand for a visual component to compliment the audio. I work with Producers on the highest quality light source that is compact and doesn’t carry a big price tag.
Live Music

Some of the most fun I have had in my lighting career is live music concerts to DVD. Working with Sting on Inside Sacred Love, Elton John, Earth, Wind and Fire with Chicago, Keith Urban and Mick Jagger to name a few.
For Live performances, my part in the lighting the show was to add a compliment of white lights for faces to be camera ready.

It’s that time of year again when Studios need to get their shows in front of the press. I work with a small camera crew in interview style setups. Minimal lighting and minimal crew. I have done these in many studio Lot Stages and locations, including Disney Studios, Universal Studios, Renmar Studios and Paramount studios.
fitness
I have been blessed to have worked with Cal Pozo (FitVid) and his cast of talented fitness coaches for the better part of 25 years. From Jane Fonda to Denise Austin to Lionsgate Befit channel videos to Dancing With The Stars (fitness with dance) and many more.
This was the most fun for me, as a Lighting Designer and Music Composer. I painted the talent and set with light and when all the that was done I wrote the music for the videos of the videos.
